Nacogdoches Abstract & Title Company has the only sovereign title plant in Nacogdoches County, Texas. These records are made available to the public for research purposes upon submission and approval of our plant use application.

Individuals who seek access to plant records must agree to the terms set forth in the Individual Plant Use Application in order to acquire approval to use the title plant at Nacogdoches Abstract & Title Co., Inc. Nacogoches Abstract & Title Co. reserves the right to refuse any application for plant use for any reason at any time.
